If your order arrived damaged due to shipping please notify our Customer Care Center within 5 business
days of arrival by completing a Problem Resolution Form on the Damage and Parts
page. Be sure to always inspect merchandise upon receipt and record any freight damage on the proof of delivery. In the case of damage, provide pictures to avoid additional charges.
